If you would like to do an elective not listed, please work with your advisor.  Once approved by your advisor, please complete the elective rotation form and submit to Mark Padillo.

*Elective form needs to be completed and turned into the Residency Admin Office two (2) months for local, three (3) for away, prior to your elective.*

*Please try and schedule any elective experiences on Thursday mornings instead of continuity clinic*
