This will be a Seattle-based elective open to all FM and IM residents (Group Health, Swedish, UW, VM). The goal of the elective will be an immersion experience in an innovative primary care clinic (e.g. Iora, Vera Whole Health) coupled with didactics teaching about primary care innovation and leadership. Discussions will be led by local leaders with potential guest speakers who are involved in promoting primary care innovation nationally.

The elective will be offered twice a year to senior residents. I will be piloting the fall elective and then we'll open it to everyone in spring. This will be a great opportunity to network/collaborate with other residents, see different clinics around town, and learn about different care models/innovation in clinics!
